How it works

After booking you receive an email with your personal link to the project overview. It has a few short questions you can answer beforehand.
We talk for 90 minutes by video about your processes and bottlenecks.
The documentation follows usually right after the call, within about five working days at the latest.
If you wish, a binding offer follows.

Who should join

One person who works directly with the system or the process, and a fixed contact for the project, ideally with the authority to decide. They can be the same person. One or two people are enough for the first call.

What to bring

The problem to be solved, or the vision you want to realise.
Examples from daily work: spreadsheets, forms, screenshots, emails.
Names and versions of the systems in use.
A wish list, if you have one, sorted by:
- MVP — the first-day essentials, nailing the biggest pain point
- Must have

Examples anonymised where possible. Credentials and personal data stay with you.
